EU and UK Return Policy
What’s your return policy?
We offer returns or exchanges for any orders within 14 days of the item being delivered. If you’re hoping to return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll share what address to send the item back to. You will be responsible for the costs and duties of returning the item to us. Once the item is received we’ll send you back your payment along with your original delivery fee within 14 days, which you can then use to place a new order (if you are doing an exchange).
I received the wrong size/colour!
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
My order was sent to the wrong address!
If the order was lost in transit and never delivered, we will refund your order or send you a new item to your address. If the order was placed with the incorrect address, Starship is not responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
